Guaranteed Approval Verification Requirements

Please bring the following items with you to get your new vehicle.

1. Valid Driver's License
2. Proof of Phone - Land Line or Cell Phone bill.
3. Proof of Residence - (A piece of mail) Land Line Phone Bill, Cell Phone Bill, Utility Bill (electric, gas, cable, water), Bank Statement, or Major Credit Card Statement.
4. Proof of Income - Two Recent Pay Stubs dated within 30 days along with employer name, address, and phone number. If Fixed Income, an award letter and/or bank statements with direct deposit.
5. If Self Employed or Taxes not taken out of paystub - Provide  2 months bank statements or cancelled checks from employer
6. If Temporary Job - Provide address and phone number of Temp Agency and physical address and phone number of place where working
7. Mortgage or Rent - Complete name and phone number of mortgage company or landlord (If live with relative, their name and address)
8. Proof of Car Insurance - A valid insurance ID card. Full coverage required with a maximum $1,000 deductible. We need the name, address, phone number and policy number of carrier.
9. Cash or Trade Equity Down Payment , if necessary, as Determined by Lender
10. Bank Account - 2 months checking and/or savings bank statements, if disclosed on application. 
11. A Voided Check, if applicable.
12. References - The more the better ... Minimum 3 listing Name, street address, and phone number. All references must have different address than you.
