Ready Value Adjusts Inventory as COVID Limits Used Car Market
Feb 19 2021 - Ready Value Auto Sales in Greenville was founded in 2017 by Kate Dale and her Father, Zeb, to offer affordable pre-owned cars, vans, and SUVs in superior condition. An historic storefront at 136 Main Street was chosen to house their family operated business. While the facilities may be considered unconventional for a car lot, the low overhead in combination with their expertise in acquiring quality inventory has gone a long way to provide local car buyers with a whole lot of bang for their buck. Making clients happy is the keystone of the Ready Value brand and it has propelled them toward another successful year during a time when so many others are struggling to keep the doors open.
“We strive to exceed expectations by offering a great product at a below market price,” Zeb says of their ability to create loyal, repeat clientele. “Our merchandise is meticulously reconditioned both mechanically and cosmetically before we sell it. We want people to drive away happy and realize the value over time. We include a 90-day warranty on nearly every vehicle we sell. We offer extended coverage for up to 4 years and unlimited miles at 10% under dealer cost as a courtesy when you shop with us. We want our customers to leave knowing they won’t have trouble getting to work, to school or to pick up the kids in their new car. Our ambition is to provide outstanding value.”
Continuing to deliver value and expanding their line of merchandise will be keys to their success in 2021. The COVID-19 pandemic has taken a toll on the industry. The supply of affordable inventory at the low priced end of the pre-owned car market is incredibly low nationwide. Fewer older vehicles are being traded now making them harder to find and less affordable. Ready Value has compensated by expanding its line of merchandise to include a selection of later model vehicles at higher price points with the option of financing. They continue to offer low priced transportation, often starting at as little as a couple thousand dollars, with later models offered at price points up to $12,000. Financing options include non-prime special financing for those with no credit, bad credit and open bankruptcies. Highly qualified buyers may be offered much better terms that include low interest rates, low down payment requirements and low monthly payments. Applications for auto credit are accepted on site or online at ReadyValueAuto.com.
“We like to provide our customers with options, rather than obligations,” says Kate. “As we saw the ‘cheap car’ market shrink with the onset of COVID-19, we knew we had to find a new way to continue to bring value to our customers who may not have a ton of money in the bank. Financing with an affordable monthly payment and a low down payment is a viable alternative to trying to find the 2 or 3 thousand dollar cash driver that we had been able to keep in stock on a regular basis in the past.”
The Ready Value brand is a proven favorite in the greater Greenville area. Their philosophy is simple; offer a quality product, at a value price, with friendly service, and throw in some peace of mind for good measure. Kate and Zeb hope to continue to serve local families at Ready Value for generations to come. You can learn more about them and what they have to offer by visiting www.ReadyValueAuto.com

Ready Value Auto Sales Gears Up for Strong 2020
Greenville, PA February 2020 - Established in 2017, Ready Value Auto Sales continues to grow their pre-owned vehicle business by delivering quality products that are value priced. Founded by the daughter/father team of Kate Greenaway and Zeb Dale in an historic 19th century store front at 136 Main Street in downtown Greenville, Ready Value Auto Sales specializes in deeply discounted pre-owned cars, vans and SUVs in the $2,000 to $8,000 price range.
Greenaway, a commissioned full service Notary Public, commands of all phases of the business; product, sales, finance and customer service. “This business is more than a vocation for me, it’s my passion. Our customers deserve a great product and a great experience, and it’s my pleasure to make sure we continue to deliver outstanding all-around value.” she said.
Dale, who has over 20 years experience in the automobile business and “a lifetime in the people business”, has toiled in retail and finance locally for over 4 decades. “We are humbled and grateful for the support we have received from the public and vow to continue offering quality products to keep our customers and their loved ones on the road, safe and happy.” Dale said.
Ready Value specializes in PA state inspected vehicles that are safe, attractive and fit to own and love. Their reputation for selling clean, affordable vehicles with mechanical integrity at a value price has become widely known and Ready Value is now a preferred destination for car buyers searching for ready to own value according to Dale.
Ready Value’s unique facilities are unconventional by “car lot” standards. Their inventory is displayed inside and behind their Main Street storefront. “We always say, ‘Don’t look for a car lot. If you’re looking for a car lot, you won’t find us. Look for the red, white and blue flags on the front of our building and come on in. We have what you’re looking for.’ We wouldn’t want to do business anywhere else or any other way. We love our location, our facilities and the people of the community we serve.” Greenaway stated.
